You wouldn't call coffee and croissants typical bavarian though
many traditionally minded people appreciate the early french influence dating
back to when Napoleon I and his troops camped out (1806) in what should
later become the english garden. Cafés are very popular for their
italian like expressos and capucchinos, fabulous cakes vienese style
and homemade ice cream.
