Some people still believe that bavarians eat noting but sausage and
kraut - they eat it often but not exclusively. Many excellent foreign
chefs have settled in Munich and the choice of cuisine is limited by
your imagination only. Reserve a day to really go eat in bavarian
style, try the famous "Schneider Weisse" (maker of the best tasting dark
Weissbier) for some unique tradiditional bavarian dishes: succulent
pork-leg, bread and plum dumplings and a large variety of freshly made
sausages.
